New Year New You

As the year rolls to a end and we have survived "The Holidays"  we start to celebrate that this long and difficult year is coming to a end, we made it and now the slates are clean! The New Year has so many possibilities ahead.  So many ends and so many beginnings. With emotions high we start to plan and promise to our loved ones the changes we want to see in ourselves. Roll along February 1st, they are all out of the window. Weather it's a diet, a job change, excersize plan, to be a better parent, friend, sister, daughter, to get involved. Well this year I am going to set GOALS, not a goal, GOALS.  I want to truly make changes in my life and I don't think any one goal could really cover it. I want to set personal goals to each individual that I love in my life. So as a wife~mother~friend~involved parent, I resolve to work on me this year, and in turn I will be upgrading the quality of life of every one I love. When we set goals we put into motion the changes we want with ourselves.  Goals put a force into play on a universal, conscious and subconscious level. They give life direction. So I propose that everyone join me in not setting a goal, but to setting many mini goals to achieve a much, higher goal and that is to truly better ourselves emotionally, physically, spiritually... To make better and more meaningful connections to let go of the bad, to let in the good, and to realize the amazing! Sit down and decide. What would you like to have happen in your life this year? What would you like to do? accomplish? What areas of growth? What blocks or character defects would you like to get rid of?  I am going to blog this year about all of these goals accomplishments, trials and tribulations, or better said  I am going to blog every step of the way as I live this chapter to the amazing book I call my life. I can't wait to see what 2014 has in store for me.
